Ca C’est Bon has become much more than just a Food Truck. We will now be operating our French/Louisiana Bistro on Saturdays and Sundays at 1492 State St in Veazie. We have been looking at how to blend Louisiana Cuisine and French Cuisine together on our menu to offer our clients traditional well-loved French and Louisiana favorites as well as new and exciting dishes. We have a la carte dishes as well doing fixed price menu where you can choose a appetizer, entrée and dessert for $35. Our menu will be ever changing and evolving so you will always have new tastes to explore.

Assortment of pate & smoked meats with cornichons and olives
Coquilles St Jacques
Scallops, shrimp, and crabmeat with fresh mushrooms in a creamy sauce du maison.
Escargots a la Bourguignonne
Half dozen escargots baked in a blend of butter, garlic, and parsley.
Seafood Gumbo
Crab and Lobster simmered with the holy trinity (peppers, onions, and celery) served with rice.
Entree
Moules Frites
Fresh Maine Mussels cooked in white wine, shallots, cream, garlic and saffron. Served with thin French Fries.
Boeuf Bourguignon
Braised Short Rib, Carrot, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Celery, Onions, and Lardons slow cooked in Red Wine reduction Sauce. Served with a roasted fennel cauliflower puree.
Catfish Pontchartrain
Cornmeal Battered Fried Catfish Fillet smothered with Shrimp Etouffee over fresh cornbread.
